提出了空间飞行器对地多目标观察可实施的变高度机动策略.研究了两观察点间顺序过渡的充要条件并由此提出了过渡判据;讨论了对地多目标观察的方案设计问题;给出了优化算法并进行了数字仿真计算.结果表明,该策略的基本理论与研究方法的正确性.
A multi-objective observation of spacecraft can be implemented to achieve the variable height maneuver strategy. The sufficient and necessary conditions for the sequential transition between two observation points are studied and the transition criterion is proposed. The scheme design problem of multi-objective observation on the ground is discussed. The optimization algorithm and the numerical simulation are given. The results show that the basic theory of the strategy and the correctness of the research methods.
