目的了解高档娱乐场所女性性服务人员(FSW)性病防护状况及需求。方法在知情同意的原则下,采用统一设计的问卷,对64名FSW进行面对面问卷调查。内容包括基本情况、艾滋病/性病知识、安全性行为、求医行为及需求等。统计方法采用χ2检验。结果梅毒与艾滋病可以通过共用针具注射毒品传播及传播给下一代的知晓率比较高,分别为81.4%(48/59)和73.0%(46/63);得了性病一定有症状和偶尔一次无保护性行为是否会感染到性病的知晓率比较低,分别为54.1%(33/61)和55.6%(35/63)。95.0%(57/60)的FSW每次与非固定性伙伴都用安全套,55.6%(35/63)每次与固定性伙伴使用安全套;64人均回答自行购买安全套,无人从计划生育服务中心领取。感染性病后54人(84.4%)选择到正规医院治疗,1人(1.6%)选择到私人门诊,10人(15.6%)无经验。希望政府帮助方面,9人(19.8%)希望获得免费检测,7人(15.2%)希望得到经济帮助,8人(17.39%)希望得到尽量多的帮助。结论该场所的FSW性病感染率较低,安全套使用率较高,但防护知识仍缺欠,对于不安全的性行为仍怀有侥幸心理,她们更多的希望政府在性病知识检测咨询方面给予帮助,哪怕是有偿服务。
Objective To understand the status and needs of STD protection in high-end entertainment venues. Methods Under the principle of informed consent, a questionnaire of uniform design was used to conduct a face-to-face survey on 64 FSWs. It covers basic information, HIV / STD knowledge, safety practices, medical practices and needs. Statistical methods using χ2 test. Conclusion The prevalence of FSW is low and the condom usage is high. However, there is still a lack of protective knowledge and there is still no chance of unsafe sexual behavior. They are more hopeful that the government will help in STD knowledge testing and counseling, Even paid service.
