采用经左胸切除食管癌，胃经主动脉弓后食管床上提至颈部，作食管胃一层吻合治疗食管癌１１８例。术后早期并发症发生率２１．１％，无一例并发吻合口瘘。死亡一例，占０．８４％。胸片复直显示胸胃位于纵隔内，胸内脏器无受压征象。术后生存率一年８１．２％，二年６６．６％，三年５１．９％。作者介绍了手术方法，并就手术优点等有关问题进行了讨论 Using left thoracic resection of esophageal cancer, stomach through the aortic arch after the esophagus bed to the neck for esophagogastric anastomosis in 118 cases of esophageal cancer. The incidence of early postoperative complications was 21.1%, and none of them complicated anastomotic leakage. One death occurred, accounting for 0.84%. The chest radiograph showed that the thoracic stomach was located in the mediastinum, and the chest organs had no signs of compression. The postoperative survival rate was 81.2% a year, 66.6% in two years and 51.9% in three years. The author introduced the surgical method and discussed related issues such as the advantages of surgery.
