以15N-甘氨酸为原料,用铝镍合金作还原剂,经多步反应合成[α-15N]-dl-色氨酸,总产率为46.9%,15N的丰度约为93%。终产物的理化性质与色氨酸标准品一致,并经元素分析、MS、UV和纸层析证实。
Using 15N-glycine as raw material, [α-15N] -dl-tryptophan was synthesized by multi-step reaction using aluminum-nickel alloy as reductant with a total yield of 46.9% and an abundance of 15N of about 93%. The physicochemical properties of the final product and tryptophan standard consistent, and by elemental analysis, MS, UV and paper confirmed.
