实现地质环境数据的共享和服务,在分析当前地质环境工作、业务需求和主要问题的基础上,提出“分布式与集中式存储、统一管理、业务联动”的建设思路。根据思路设计体系、中心架构、汇交和交换方式。数据体系包括国家级、省级、市级和县级;中心逻辑架构分为源数据层、操作数据层、分析处理层和服务层;依托调查监测体系和分布式网络系统,采用统一的标准规范、数据汇交和交换系统。
