Preface The severity of citrus virus disease has aroused widespread attention both at home and abroad and is exploring the production of non-toxic seedlings in many aspects. One of these approaches is based on the results of White et al.’s (1934) study. This is an inhomogeneous distribution of the virus in the plant, with apical meristems almost free of viruses.
