目的：分析岗前系统化培训对中药房实习期药师综合能力提高效果。方法：选取2009年～2013年60名实习期药师，随机分为观察组与对照组各30名。观察组进行岗前系统化培训，对照组给予常规岗前培训。比较两组药师技能考核结果，并分析影响药师综合能力的相关因素。结果：观察组药师理论考核得分为及基本操作得分为（86.17±2.85）分、（95.67±1.26）分，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组在服务态度、沟通技巧、团队意识以及工作有序性方面满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：岗前系统化培训可以有效提高新中药药师学习积极性，有利于综合素质的培养。“,”Objective: To study the effect of pre-job training systematic research on pharmacy pharmacist comprehensive ability.Methods: 60 new the internship period of pharmacists to the pharmacis from 2009~2013 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group in the service attitude, communication skil s, team awareness and work order satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistical y significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Systematic training can effectively mobilize new pharmacist learning enthusiasm, cultivate comprehensive quality.
