岗前系统化培训对中药房药师综合能力提高分析

目的:分析岗前系统化培训对中药房实习期药师综合能力提高效果。方法:选取2009年~2013年60名实习期药师,随机分为观察组与对照组各30名。观察组进行岗前系统化培训,对照组给予常规岗前培训。比较两组药师技能考核结果,并分析影响药师综合能力的相关因素。结果:观察组药师理论考核得分为及基本操作得分为(86.17±2.85)分、(95.67±1.26)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在服务态度、沟通技巧、团队意识以及工作有序性方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:岗前系统化培训可以有效提高新中药药师学习积极性,有利于综合素质的培养。“,”Objective: To study the effect of pre-job training systematic research on pharmacy pharmacist comprehensive ability.Methods: 60 new the internship period of pharmacists to the pharmacis from 2009~2013 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.
