一、学生初中英语成绩偏低的教学现状1.小组学习纪律难以控制,导致教学效率低小组学习是学生聚在一起学习,彼此之间交流,相互诉说心得,整个课堂也因此活跃了气氛。但是在学生彼此交流的过程中,一定会出现争执,或是主题的偏离,这样就会造成课堂纪律混乱,使得学习效率下降。老师不能够时刻盯紧学生的学习状况,也难以把握整个课堂每个小组的学习效率,所以要将纪律管理落实到小组,落实到个人的自觉性。2.作业压力和素质教育冲突,鱼和熊掌难以兼得
