摘要[目的]为了解决内蒙古中部地区春季大葱收获后种植樱桃萝卜的问题,初步探讨了大葱根系浸提液对樱桃萝卜种子发芽及幼苗生长的化感作用。[方法]将大葱根系浸提液稀释为5、10、20、30 mg/ml 4个浓度,分别处理樱桃萝卜种子,进行恒温发芽试验,测定发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、胚根长、苗高、根冠比等指标,最后计算化感作用的综合效应指数。[结果]5~30 mg/ml大葱根系浸提液对樱桃萝卜种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗胚根长均有显著的抑制作用,仅对幼苗的苗高产生显著促进作用;综合化感效应为化感抑制作用,且随着浸提液浓度的升高,对樱桃萝卜的化感效应强度增加。[结论]不同浓度大葱根系浸提液对樱桃萝卜的发芽和幼苗生长有抑制作用,且随着处理浓度升高,化感作用加强。

Study on Allelopathy of Root’s Liquid Extract of Allium fistulosum L. on Raphanus sativus L. var. radculus pers

Abstract[Objective] In order to solve the planting Raphanus sativus L. var. radculus pers problems after Allium fistulosum L. harvesting in central region of Inner Mongolia, the allelopathic effects on R. sativus L. var. radculus pers. seed germination and seedling growth with root’s liquid extract of A. fistulosum L. were studied. [Method] The root’s liquid extract of A. fistulosum L. , which was diluted to 5, 10, 20, 30 mg/ml, treated the seeds of R. sativus L. var. radculus pers with measuring the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index, seedling root length, shoot length, root to shoot ratio and other indicators. Finally, the combined effect of allelopathic index was calculated. [Result] The results showed that 5-30 mg/ml A. fistulosum L. root’s extract were significantly inhibited on R. sativus L. var. radculus pers seed germination indicators and seedling root length. Only seedling height was significant promoted in the experiment. Comprehensive allelopathic effects were inhibition, and allelopathic effect increased with the concentration increasing. [Conclusion] To sum up, A. fistulosum L. root’s extract were significantly inhibited on R. sativus L. var. radculus pers seed germination indicators and seedling growth. And allelopathic effect increased with the concentration of R. sativus L. var. radculus pers increasing.

收稿日期20140623为了促进蔬菜作物科学、合理的栽培,作物间的轮作和间作成为目前学者们研究的重要方向。其中,作物间的化感作用是研究的重要方面[1-2]。化感作用(Allelopathy)是指植物通过淋溶、挥发、残体分解和根系分泌向环境中释放化学物质,从而对周围植物(包括微生物)产生间接或直接的有害或有利的作用[3-4]。蔬菜作物化感作用研究集中在辣椒、番茄、芹菜、外来杂草等,而关于葱类的研究鲜见报道[3-6]。
在内蒙古中部地区,越年生的大葱约在春季4月收获,而此时温度较低,不适合栽培果菜类蔬菜[7],樱桃萝卜作为短季蔬菜正好可以栽培[8]。笔者以大葱为对象,探讨大葱根系浸提液对樱桃萝卜种子发芽、幼苗生长的影响。
