Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has developed rapidly and is now widely used in clinical tests such as microorganisms, parasites, and biochemistry. It has become a routine method for immunological detection and its precision, sensitivity and specificity are getting better and better. In this paper, the results of its ELISA method to determine the anti-HBs as an example, the results of visual judgment and the microplate spectrophotometry were compared to evaluate the accuracy of the ELISA visual method to determine the results. Materials and methods First, the specimen source: Northeast Electric Administration staff health examination of 374 people, most have been injected with hepatitis B vaccine, fasting venous blood coagulation, with
