当前社会上,甚至在有的幼儿园里,人们存在着一种偏见,认为保育员工作,只不过照料小孩拉屎拉尿和打扫卫生,没啥花头,没有文化的人也能担任。这种偏见,一方面使不少幼师毕业生和知识青年不愿做保育员的工作,造成合格的保育员严重缺乏,另一方面会造成保育员内心不应有的创痛,损害她们的工作积极性,影响幼儿园的保育质量。《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》明确规定:实行保育和教育相结合的原则,对幼儿实施体智德美全面发展的教育,促进其身心和谐发展。

The Procedures for the Kindergarten (Provisional) clearly stipulate that the principle of combination of childcare and education should be implemented to educate young children on the comprehensive development of morality, virtue and the United States so as to promote the harmonious development of both body and mind.
