我国有四成半的人存在睡眠障碍。一个人只喝水不进食可以活7天,而不睡眠只能活4天。在温州,失眠人数也在剧增。据温州市中西医结合医院心理咨询主治医生陈青介绍,每天至少4-5个人因为失眠而到该医院治疗。失眠不止是老年人才会有的。现在不少中青年人,因为生活节奏太快、生活压力大,以及饮酒等不良生活习惯,也常常失眠。
About 45% of our people have sleep disorders. A person can drink water without food can live 7 days without sleep can only live 4 days. In Wenzhou, the number of insomnia is also increasing dramatically. According to Wenzhou City Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western doctors counseling Chen Qing introduced at least 4-5 individuals every day because of insomnia to the hospital for treatment. Insomnia is not only for the elderly. Nowadays, many middle-aged and young people often suffer from insomnia because of their fast-paced life, heavy life pressure, and bad habits such as drinking.
