本文目的是经过3-5年的培养、锻炼,努力打造一支社区卫生服务事业亟需的、优秀的中青年干部队伍(专业技术和管理类)。方法是通过基层轮岗、挂职等实践锻炼。结果是提高后备干部的综合素质;正在或将要走向不同的管理岗位。结论是基层党政领导以人文关怀的方法,关心在实践锻炼中的轮岗后备干部,能促使他们健康成长。
The purpose of this paper is to train and train a group of young and middle-aged cadres (professional technology and management) who are in desperate need of community health service after three to five years of training and exercise. The method is through the grass-roots rotation, such as practical work. The result is to improve the overall quality of reserve cadres; are or will go to different management positions. The conclusion is that the leaders of the Party and government organizations at the grassroots level care about the rotation reserve cadres in practical training and can promote their healthy growth.
