单疱病毒性角膜炎(简称单疱角膜炎),在临床多见。1997年6月至2001年12月,笔者以中西医结合方法治疗该病56例60只眼,取得了较满意的效果,现报道如下。1 临床资料本组病例为近5年来在我院住院及门诊治疗的患者,126例中,树枝状角膜炎104例,占82.54%;地图状角膜炎(或深部溃疡)19例,占15.08%,实质层(并发虹膜睫状体炎)3例,占2.38%。未经特殊选择,随机分为两组。治疗组56例,60只眼,男32例,女24例;右眼23例,左眼29例,双眼4例;年龄17～76岁;初发者54例,复发者2例。
