产学研合作教育应具备7个基本要素,这7个基本要素可以用30个字加以概括:工学结合、完整计划、定岗工作、略有报酬、过程监督、评价考核、一定时间保证。对典型模式、理论和运行机制这三部分的研究可构成中国高等职业教育产学研结合的主体框架,它不仅可以推动现在中国高等职业教育与市场的结合,也可以为今后高职的改革和建设提供可资借鉴的研究和实践模式。
Collaborative education of production, study and research should have seven basic elements.
