高职院校教学管理工作由决策、反馈和监控三要素组成,其教学管理队伍人员的素质对保证正常的教学秩序、提高教学质量起着重要的作用。针对高职院校教学管理队伍存在的问题,应通过加强领导,提高认识;优化队伍结构,树立创新理念;提高业务水平,建设学习型教学管理队伍;提高效能,推进教学管理队伍专业发展等途径,推进高职院校教学管理队伍建设。
The teaching management in higher vocational colleges is composed of three elements: decision-making, feedback and monitoring.
