以“宁杞1号”枸杞为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了LBF-2和LBF-27两种深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)对枸杞幼苗的接种效应。结果表明:2个DSE菌种对枸杞具有较高的侵染率,均在65.81%以上;2个DSE菌种可提高枸杞对缺水的忍耐性和树体发枝能力;接菌处理的鲜果单果重较对照处理提高了10.53%~24.56%,其中LBF-27接种处理的枸杞果实单果重最大;接种DSE可促进游离脯氨酸在枸杞叶片内的累积,降低丙二醛含量,提高枸杞的抗逆性。
In order to study the inoculation effect of LBF-2 and LBF-27, two dark-colored endophytic fungi (DSE) on Lycium barbarum seedlings with “Ningqi 1” and “Wolfberry” as test materials. The results showed that the two DSE strains had a higher infection rate of Lycium chinense, both of which were over 65.81%. Two DSE strains could enhance the tolerance of Lycium barbarum to water deficit and the ability of tree branches to de-stem. The single fruit weight increased by 10.53% ~ 24.56% compared with the control. LBF-27 inoculated the fruit of Fructus Lycii with the largest single fruit weight. Inoculation of DSE promoted the accumulation of free proline in the leaves of Lycium barbarum, reduced the content of malondialdehyde, Stress resistance.
