从信阳市水利行业能力建设情况普查中,全面查清水利行业单位的数量及分布、从业人员数量及结构、资产规模及运营状况等,针对当前存在的一些问题,提出通过进一步重视水利行业、加快人才培养等对策,以发挥水利行业的职能,更好地推动社会主义新农村建设,促进传统水利向现代水利、可持续发展水利的转变。
From the census of capacity building of water conservancy industry in Xinyang City, the author made a thorough investigation of the number and distribution of units in the water conservancy industry, the number and structure of employees, the scale of assets and the operation status. In view of some existing problems, Personnel training and other measures to give full play to the functions of the water industry to better promote the building of a new socialist countryside and promote the transformation of traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy and sustainable development of water conservancy.
