材料分层复合是一种利用较少代价提高声学性能的有效方式,通过多孔性保温绝热材料与硬质黏弹性材料的优化组合,可以兼有隔声、吸声、阻燃和隔热等多项功能,同时符合相关环保要求。本文利用VAONE软件中NOVA模块研究了多种不同厚度分层材料的声学性能,并结合实验结果分析了主要参数对多层复合材料声学性能的影响。研究结果验证了NOVA模块预测多层材料声学性能的有效性,同时也表明多层材料经过优化设计可以具备良好的隔声性能。
Laminated composite material is an effective way to improve the acoustic performance with less cost. Through the optimized combination of porous thermal insulation material and hard viscoelastic material, it can combine sound insulation, sound absorption, flame retardant and heat insulation Item function, at the same time meet the relevant environmental requirements. In this paper, the NOVA module in VAONE software was used to study the acoustic performance of many different layered materials with different thickness. The influence of main parameters on the acoustic performance of multi-layered composites was analyzed based on the experimental results. The results of the study validate the effectiveness of the NOVA module in predicting the acoustic performance of multilayer materials, and also show that the multilayer material is optimized to provide good acoustic insulation.
