采用盆栽试验与田间试验相结合的方法,验证了NPK养分效率评价指标及运用此指标进行基因型筛选的可靠性与科学性,探讨了NPK养分效率不同基因型差异的营养机理。结果表明:采用盆栽试验的相对产量与施肥增产率等指标,进行NPK养分效率基因型筛选是完全可行的。耐低NPK养分的高效基因型相对产量较高,体内NPK相对含量及相对累积量也较高,但施肥增产率和肥料利用率较低;而施肥高效基因型正相反;中效基因型介于二者之间。
The combination of pot experiment and field experiment was used to verify the evaluation index of NPK nutrient efficiency and the reliability and scientificness of using this index to screen the genotype. The nutrition mechanism of NPK nutrient efficiency difference genotypes was discussed. The results showed that it is feasible to screen the NPK nutrient efficiency genotype by using the relative yield of pot experiment and yield increase of fertilization. High NPK-tolerant genotypes had higher relative yield, higher relative NPK content and relative cumulative amount in NPK, but lower fertilization rate and fertilizer use efficiency. However, fertilization and high efficiency genotypes were opposite. between the two.
