结合某城市桥梁工程实例,介绍了该小半径曲线段变高度连续钢箱梁工程顶推施工的实施方案。针对工程施工中小半径曲线顶推线形控制、最大悬臂工况控制、变高度梁顶推等重难点问题进行分析,并提出相应工程解决措施,可以为类似工程提高施工质量、保证施工安全提供参与。
Combined with an example of a city bridge project, this paper introduces the implementation scheme of the push-in construction of the continuous steel box girder project with variable radius and small radius. Aiming at the problems such as the linear control of the small radius curve in the engineering construction, the control of the maximum cantilever condition and the jacking of the variable height beam, the paper presents the corresponding engineering solutions to improve the construction quality and ensure the construction safety of similar projects.
