我科自1983年6月～1997午9月收治小儿支原体肺炎168例,并心脏损害心律失常30例,现总结报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 30例中男12例,女18例,年龄<5岁6例,～11岁20例,～14岁4例。30例均结合临床,X线,冷凝集试验1:32以上及支原体抗体阳性确诊。 1.2 临床表现 胸疼、胸闷、胸前区不适及憋气28例,头晕、心悸3例,呕吐、多汗4例,精神差、面色苍白、乏力10例,窦性心动过速15例(已除外其他原因,但包括3例心衰),窦性心动过缓1例,窦性心律不齐3例,心音低钝13例(注:人具有二种或多种症状按2例或多例计算)。 1.3 辅助检查 ①心电图检查:30例患儿均有不同程度的心电图异常改变。30例中心律失常占100％,其中窦性心动过速15例(已除外其他原因,但包括3例心衰)。窦性心动过缓,预激综合征,完全性右束支传导阻滞和不完全性右束支传导阻滞者
Our department from June 1983 to September 1997 admitted to children with mycoplasma pneumonia in 168 cases, and cardiac damage arrhythmia in 30 cases, are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 30 cases of 12 males and 18 females, aged <5 years in 6 cases, ~ 11 years in 20 cases, ~ 14 years in 4 cases. 30 cases were combined with clinical, X-ray, cold agglutination test more than 1:32 and mycoplasma antibody positive diagnosis. 1.2 Clinical manifestations of chest pain, chest tightness, chest discomfort and suffocation in 28 cases, dizziness, palpitations in 3 cases, vomiting, hyperhidrosis in 4 cases, poor spirits, pale, weak in 10 cases, 15 cases of sinus tachycardia (except Other reasons, but including 3 cases of heart failure), sinus bradycardia in 1 case, sinus arrhythmia in 3 cases, low heart sound in 13 cases (Note: people with two or more symptoms according to 2 or more cases ). 1.3 Auxiliary examination ① ECG examination: 30 cases of children with varying degrees of abnormal ECG changes. 30 cases of arrhythmias accounted for 100%, of which 15 cases of sinus tachycardia (except for other reasons, but including 3 cases of heart failure). Sinus bradycardia, pre-excitation syndrome, complete right bundle branch block and incomplete right bundle branch block
