目的:研究中医医院知识型员工工作满意度与工作绩效的相关性。方法:用实证研究,即通过对3家医院249份不同人口类型知识型员工的问卷调查、样本数据进行统计分析。结果:发现工作满意度的主要维度工作本身、工作协同、医患关系、领导行为、工作回报、管理措施都对工作绩效存在明显的相关性。结论:对中医医院管理者的治院理念、管理方法有指导作用,将有助于提高中医医院人力资源的管理水平。
Objective: To study the correlation between job satisfaction and job performance of knowledge workers in TCM hospitals. Methods: Empirical studies, that is, through the questionnaire survey of 249 knowledge workers of different population types in 3 hospitals, the sample data were statistically analyzed. Results: The main dimensions of job satisfaction were found. The work itself, work synergy, doctor-patient relationship, leadership behavior, work return and management measures all have significant correlation with job performance. Conclusion: It is instructive for the concept of hospital governance and the management methods of TCM hospital managers, which will help to improve the management level of human resources in TCM hospitals.
