为从医院特点出发,做好基层思想政治工作,有针对性地加强对女军人婚恋的管理和教育,最近笔者以问卷调查、开座谈会及个别交谈等方式,对未婚女干部的婚恋观念,尤其是择偶观进行了调查。空军某医院共有未婚女干部47人,此次共发47份卷,收回34份,有效答卷33份,占全院未婚女干部的70%,除外出、夜班补休外,基本上都参加了调查。由于采取的是不记名、不写字只须打“√”的方法,调查结果可以说是比较客观、准确,较为真实、可信的。通过对33份问卷的统计、分析以及相关调查,发现改革开放以来,特别在发展社会主义商品经济和部队医务干部改为文职的情况下,医院女军人的择偶观有了新的变化,呈现出一些新的趋向。
