葫芦岛锌厂是一个大型有色金属冶炼厂,现有职工13000人,年工业产值2.5亿多元,实现利润5700多万元。前几年,我们积极做好职工思想政治工作,曾先后被评为辽宁省思想政治工作先进企业、中国有色金属总公司思想政治工作优秀企业和全国思想政治工作优秀企业。近年来,随着企业领导体制和内部经营机制改革的不断深化,我们对职工思想政治工作从管理体制到工作内容以及方式方法进行了探索。
Huludao Zinc Plant is a large non-ferrous metal smelter, existing staff of 13000 people, the annual industrial output value of more than 250 million yuan, a profit of more than 5700 yuan. A few years ago, we actively carried out the ideological and political work of the staff and workers. We have successively been awarded as the advanced enterprise of ideological and political work in Liaoning Province, the outstanding enterprise of ideological and political work of China Nonferrous Metals Corporation and the outstanding enterprise of national ideological and political work. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the enterprise’s leadership system and internal management mechanism, we have explored the ideological and political work of workers and staff from the management system to the contents of work as well as the ways and means.
