目的 :测定白细胞介素 - 2受体 (sIL - 2R)含量 ,对肺结核的鉴别诊断提供帮助。方法 :应用夹心ELISA法对疾病组 115例 ,其中肺结核进展期 2 3例、肺结核稳定期肺结核 33例、肺癌 2 2例、急性肺炎 2 5例、肺结核初治组 10例、肺结核复治组 13例和正常对照组 34例进行血清sIL - 2R含量测定。结果 :肺结核进展期与肺结核稳定期有显著性差异 (t=2 .96 3 ,P <0 .0 1) ;肺结核复治组sIL - 2R含量高于初治组 ,两者间差异有显著性意义 (t=2 .30 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;进展期肺结核波及 4个肺野以上组sIL - 2R含量最高 ,波及 1个肺野含量最低。痰菌阳性组与痰菌阴性组血清胸片病变改善 ,其血清sIL - 2R含量下降 ,胸片未和痰菌持续阳性者 ,sIL- 2R含量不降低 ,反而呈增高趋势。结论 :测定肺结核进展患者血清sIL - 2R含量 ,有助于对进展期肺结核疾病的判断。
Objective: To determine the content of interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R), and to help the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: A total of 115 patients were selected as sandwich ELISA. Among them, 23 cases were advanced pulmonary tuberculosis, 33 cases were stable pulmonary tuberculosis, 22 cases were lung cancer, 25 cases were acute pneumonia, 10 cases were newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis and 13 cases were pulmonary tuberculosis retreatment group Cases and normal control group of 34 cases of serum sIL - 2R levels were measured. Results: There was a significant difference between tuberculosis progression stage and tuberculosis stabilization stage (t = 2.96 3, P <0.01). The content of sIL - 2R in tuberculosis retreatment group was higher than that in naive group, the difference was significant Significance (t = 2.305, P <0.05); advanced pulmonary tuberculosis affects the four lung fields above the highest level of sIL - 2R, affecting a lung field content of the lowest. Serum thoracic lesions were improved in sputum positive group and sputum negative group, and the content of sIL - 2R in serum was decreased. The content of sIL - 2R in sputum positive and sputum positive did not decrease, but increased. Conclusion: The determination of serum sIL - 2R levels in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is helpful for the judgment of advanced pulmonary tuberculosis.
