目的:了解萧山区钢结构企业员工健康状况及尘肺病发病特点,探讨该区钢结构企业电焊工职业病防治措施。方法:收集2009-2010年萧山区14家钢结构企业电焊工的职业健康检查资料、同期钢结构企业经职业病诊断机构诊断的职业病病人资料,结合企业的作业场所职业病危害因素监测资料进行统计分析。结果:胸片异常检出率、高频听力损失检出率,电焊组高于打磨组(P<0.05)。2009-2010年萧山区新发职业病中,钢结构企业电焊工尘肺占尘肺病的65%,职业性噪声聋占71.43%。结论:萧山区尘肺病病种发生变化,电焊工尘肺已成为报告尘肺病的主要病种,而且呈现发病人数逐年上升、发病年龄轻和接尘工龄短的特点。萧山区钢结构企业电焊工职业病防治工作刻不容缓。
Objective: To understand the health status of workers in steel structure enterprises in Xiaoshan District and the characteristics of pneumoconiosis, and discuss the prevention and control measures of occupational diseases for electricians in steel structure enterprises in this area. Methods: The occupational health examination data of 14 steel structure enterprises in Xiaoshan district from 2009 to 2010 were collected. The data of occupational disease patients diagnosed by the occupational disease diagnosis institutions in the same period were collected and analyzed with the monitoring data of the occupational disease hazards in the workplaces of the enterprises. Results: The detection rate of abnormal chest X-ray and high-frequency hearing loss were higher in welding group than in sanding group (P <0.05). Among the new occupational diseases in Xiaoshan District in 2009-2010, 65% of pneumoconiosis workers in steel structure enterprises account for 71.43% of the total occupational noise deafness. CONCLUSIONS: The pneumoconiosis diseases in Xiaoshan District changed. Welder pneumoconiosis has become the major disease reporting pneumoconiosis. The incidence of pneumoconiosis has been increasing year by year. Xiaoshan District, structural steel welder occupational disease prevention and control work without delay.
