目的分析某胶状乳化炸药生产线建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,对劳动者健康的影响、防护措施等进行预评价。方法采用类比法对本项目可能产生的职业病危害因素种类和强度进行定性、定量分析。结果类比项目存在的职业病危害因素苯、甲苯、二甲苯未检出,氨STEL和TWA分别是0.43～13.98mg/m3、0.75～10.10mg/m3,氮氧化物、噪声、高温、粉尘均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目属于严重职业病危害项目,项目建成后只要认真落实拟采取的职业病危害防护措施和补充措施则可以满足职业卫生要求。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the possible occupational hazards and the degree of harm that may be caused by the construction project of a gelled emulsion explosive, evaluate the labors’ health and preventive measures. Methods The analogy method was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the types and intensities of occupational hazards that may be generated in this project. Results The results showed that benzene, toluene and xylene were not detected in the project. The ammonia STEL and TWA were 0.43 ~ 13.98 mg / m3 and 0.75 ~ 10.10 mg / m3, respectively. The nitrogen oxides, noise, temperature and dust were in line with the national Occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project. After the project is completed, it can meet the requirements of occupational health as long as the occupational hazard prevention measures and supplementary measures to be taken are implemented conscientiously.
