有色金属矿山的巷道,具有断面小、曲率半径小和弯道多的特点;因此,3吨以上的电机車不能广泛使用。大部分小断面巷道的运輸,仍以人力推車为主,不仅劳动强度大、效率低,而且影响采掘速度的提高。为了实現小断面巷道运輸机械化,我矿十几年来,广泛发动群众,依靠老工人,通过反复設計、試驗和不断改进,終于制造出适于小断面巷道运輸特点的华—1型小电机車(見图1)。
Non-ferrous metal mine roadway, with small cross-section, small radius of curvature and corners and more features; therefore, more than 3 tons of electric locomotive can not be widely used. Most of the small section roadway transport, still the main human cart, not only labor-intensive, low efficiency, but also affect the mining speed. In order to realize the mechanization of roadway transport with small section, our mine has mobilized the masses extensively in the past decade and relied on the old workers to design and test and improve continuously. Electric locomotive (see Figure 1).
