小麦根际細菌的主要种类,以及各个优势种类在根际的消长变化概况,对于阐明根际微生物和高等植物之間的利害关系,进一步探索控制、利用它們的途径有着重要的意义。关于这方面的资料,在国外虽有不少报导,但在国内研究的尚不太多。我們于1961—1962年间,在郑州砂貭壤土上研究小麦根际微生物时,也作了小麦根际細菌主要类型及其在小麦生育期間变化情况的研究,初步结果如下:
The main species of rhizospheric bacteria in wheat and their changes in the rhizosphere of the dominant species are of great significance for elucidating the relationship between rhizosphere microorganisms and higher plants and exploring ways to control and utilize them. Although there are many reports in this area about the information in this regard, there are not too many studies in China. During the period from 1961 to 1962, we studied the rhizosphere microbes in rhizosphere of wheat germplasm in Zhengzhou and studied the changes of rhizobacteria and their changes during wheat growth.
