党的十四届六中全会以来,全国各个行业、各条战线都将精神文明建设摆到更加突出的位置,一个既抓物质文明,又抓精神文明的大气候已在全国形成。我省金融行业也紧随全国的步伐,加大精神文明建设的力度,使精神文明建设出现了好势头。为了使精神文明建设搞得更好,取得更大的成绩,笔者认为,当前精神文明建设要着力处理的四个关系。 一是正确处理物质文明与精神文明的关系,使二者相互促进,协调发展。马克思主义哲学的基本原理告诉我们,物质第一,精神第二,物质决定精神,精神反作用于物质。这就是说,建设物质文明为精神文明提
Since the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party, all walks of the country in all fields have placed the construction of spiritual civilization in a more prominent position. The climate in which spiritual civilization is both material and spiritual has been formed throughout the country.
