为探讨肝硬化心肌病的发生机制 ,应用免疫组织化学法对胆管结扎诱导的胆汁性肝硬化大鼠和假手术大鼠心脏诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)的表达与定位进行比较性研究。结果显示肝硬化大鼠心肌细胞、心肌血管内皮细胞和心内膜细胞 i NOS均呈强阳性表达 ,假手术大鼠则为阴性。提示肝硬化大鼠心肌细胞、心肌血管内皮细胞和心内膜细胞i NOS表达显著增高 ,并由此推断 NO途径可能在肝硬化心肌病发生机制中起重要作用
To investigate the pathogenesis of cirrhosis and cardiomyopathy, immunohistochemistry was used to compare the expression and localization of cardiac iNOS induced by bile duct ligation in rats with biliary cirrhosis and sham operation the study. The results showed that the iNOS of cardiomyocytes, myocardial vascular endothelial cells and endocardial cells of cirrhotic rats were strongly positive, while the sham rats were negative. These results suggest that the iNOS expression in cardiomyocytes, myocardial vascular endothelial cells and endocardial cells in cirrhotic rats is significantly increased, and thus it is concluded that the NO pathway may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cirrhosis
