中国指数研究院发布数据,5月份全国300个城市共推出土地2169宗,共成交土地1519宗,成交面积5857万平方米,同比增加2%。成交楼面均价为2253元/平方米,环比上涨32%,同比上涨129%;土地平均溢价率为56%,同比上涨50%。一二线重点城市成交均发力,高总价、高溢价地块屡见不鲜,全国土地出让金总额为2251亿元,同比增加127%。其中,出让金排名前二十城市成交总额为1717.3亿元,同比增加230%。苏州土拍“限地价”难阻房企热情,以300亿元继续占据出让金榜首,杭州、南京分列二三为,均超过250亿元。一线城市土拍吸睛,均进入榜单前十。
