英语教师大多有这样的困惑:教师教得很辛苦,学生学得很勤奋,但实际效果并不理想。研究发现,主要原因在于课堂教学中很多是无效的或低效的教学行为。为此,要注意提高课堂教学的有效性。提高幼师英语课堂教学的有效性,应激发学生的学习兴趣,保持有效的主动学习;尊重学生的实际水平,保证有效的知识掌握;合理安排教学内容和节奏,保证教学过程有效。
Most English teachers have such confusion: teachers teach very hard, students learn very hard, but the actual effect is not ideal. The study found that the main reason is that many classroom teaching is invalid or inefficient teaching behavior. To this end, we must pay attention to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. To improve the effectiveness of preschool English classroom teaching should stimulate students ’interest in learning and maintain effective active learning; respect students’ actual level and ensure effective knowledge mastery; reasonably arrange teaching content and rhythm to ensure the teaching process is effective.
