改革开放以来,我省工农业用电急速上升,电力建设发展速变很快,一此新的变电站和输电线路在我省相继建成。在变电站工程中,除新建工程项目外,还对过去建设的部分变电站进行了扩建和改建,有的变电站在原110kV电压等级基础上,新建220kV部分;有的变电站进行了设备增容改造和旧设备更新换代。对带电运行下的变电站改建和扩建,是一项技术难度较大的施工。特别是在带电运行下变电站的改建施工,上部空间受电气设备引线的限制,有时前后左右都受到设备及其安全范围的限制,使施工更为困难,因此,保证站内
