对人肝中醛脱氢酶(ALDH)的细节了解甚少。近年来,已证明人肝中存在有4种同工酶,然而对其在细胞内的分布尚无确定的看法。为此,作者用手术时摘取的肝脏来研究这些同工酶的亚细胞分布。材料和方法从手术摘取的11例非肝胆疾病患者的肝脏组织分离出线粒体(Mt)、微粒体(Mics)及上清液(Sup),分别进行等电点聚焦电泳(pH3.5~10),并按Harade等法进行ALDH同工酶染色。结果在3例非肝胆疾病患者肝脏(匀浆-译者注)的ALDH同工酶谱中,有两例出现4条浓染区带,分别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV型,此外还有数条淡染
Little is known about the details of the aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) in the human liver. In recent years, it has been demonstrated that there are four isozymes in human liver, however, there is no definitive opinion on its distribution within the cell. For this reason, the authors studied the subcellular distribution of these isozymes with the liver harvested during surgery. Materials and Methods Mitochondria (Mt), microsomes (Mics) and supernatants (Sup) were isolated from 11 liver tissues of non-hepatobiliary patients. The isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (pH 3.5-10 ), And according to Harade et al ALDH isozyme staining. Results In the ALDH isoenzyme profile of liver (homogenate-transcript) in 3 cases of non-liver and gallbladder disease, there were 4 nosozygous bands appearing in the liver, which were type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV, respectively Lightly stained
