目的:探讨中药复方糖障明对糖尿病大鼠骨髓造血细胞的影响。方法:将链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病模型的大鼠随机分为糖障明治疗组(即中药高、中、低3个剂量)、阴性对照组、降糖灵对照组,以同龄正常大鼠为正常对照组。各实验组在给药2个月后进行骨髓有核细胞的检查。结果:中药低剂量组的原始+早幼粒细胞明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),阴性对照组的晚幼粒细胞较正常对照组及降糖灵对照组明显降低(P<0.01);各实验组嗜碱性粒细胞均较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05);中药低剂量组的单核细胞明显低于降糖灵对照组及正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方糖障明不仅对骨髓造血系统无抑制作用,而且低剂量的中药复方糖障明可能还有激活可溶性生长因子,增强抑制程序性细胞死亡(PCD)活性的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound glycyrrhizin on bone marrow hematopoietic cells in diabetic rats. Methods: Rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetic model were randomly divided into three groups: control group (high, medium and low doses of Chinese medicine), negative control group, hypoglycemic control group, normal rats of the same age Control group. The experimental group in the administration of 2 months after the examination of bone marrow nucleated cells. Results: The number of primordial + promyelocytic cells in the low-dose group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.05), and the number of late promyelocytic cells in the negative control group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group and the hypoglycemic control group (P <0.01) The basophils in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). The monocytes in the low dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine glycosaminoglycans not only has no inhibitory effect on the hematopoietic system of bone marrow, but also low dose of traditional Chinese medicine glycosaminoglycans may also activate soluble growth factor, enhance the inhibitory effect of programmed cell death (PCD).
