本文报道用双抗体夹心ELISA检测多种疾病患者血清sIL-2R水平。认为用市售试剂盒应选用合适的微孔板并确定相应的合适抗体稀释度。结果显示,肾衰竭患者和未经治疗的恶性肿瘤患者的sIL-2R水平显著高于正常对照,数例何杰金氏淋巴瘤患者血清sIL-2R尤为增高。上述结果与文献报道结果接近。本文支持肾功能衰竭致使sIL-2R不能及时降解清除是该病患者血清sIL-2R高水平的主要原因,而在恶性肿瘤患者的免疫抑制状态中高水平的sIL-2R起重要作用。
This article reports the use of double antibody sandwich ELISA to detect serum sIL-2R levels in patients with various diseases. It is believed that the use of commercially available kits should use the appropriate microplate and determine the appropriate dilution of the antibody. The results showed that the levels of sIL-2R in patients with renal failure and untreated malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in normal controls, and serum sIL-2R was particularly elevated in several cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The above results are close to those reported in the literature. This article supports that renal failure caused by sIL-2R can not be degraded in time is the main cause of high levels of serum sIL-2R in patients with the disease, but in patients with malignant tumor immunosuppression in high levels of sIL-2R play an important role.
