用辣椒雄性不育三系细胞质基因、细胞核基因、恢复基因,在其中2个基因相同的情况下,分析其第3个基因的遗传效应。结果表明:21A不育胞质对结果数、果实产量、可溶性糖含量和Vc含量等均表现正效应,但对病毒病(除CMV江苏毒源)的抗性、单果重等有不良影响。同质异核不育系的杂种F1农艺性状差异很大。高抗病毒病的亲本材料为恢复系,能明显提高杂种F1的抗病力。在育种中,要选择好用来选育保持系的亲本材料,直接选用高抗病毒病等优良性状并具备高的配合力和遗传传递力的恢复系,以减小不育胞质的负效应。
Three genes of cytoplasm, nucleus and restorer of male sterility in pepper were used to analyze the genetic effect of the third gene in the case of two identical genes. The results showed that 21A sterile cytoplasm had positive effect on the number of fruit, yield of soluble sugar and Vc content, but had adverse effects on the resistance of virus disease (except CMV Jiangsu Province) and weight of fruit. The heterotic F1 agronomic traits of different genic male sterile lines varied greatly. The parent material of high antiviral disease is the restorer line, which can obviously improve the disease resistance of hybrid F1. In breeding, the selection should be good for breeding parents to maintain the parent material, direct selection of high resistance to disease and other excellent traits and have high combining ability and genetic transmission of restorer lines to reduce the negative effects of sterile cytoplasm .
