目的:研究了哥王Wikstroania indica(L.)C.A.Mey.的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱进行鉴定。结果:从了哥王95%乙醇提取物中分离得4个化合物,分别为东莨菪素(Scopoletin,Ⅰ)、槲皮素-7-O-α-D-L-鼠李糖苷(Quercetin-7-O-α-D-L-rhamnose,Ⅱ)、芦丁(Rutin,Ⅲ)和D-甘露醇(D-Mannitol,Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of Wikstroania indica (L.) C.A. Mey. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography. Their physicochemical properties and spectra were used for identification. RESULTS: Four compounds were isolated from the Kowang 95% ethanol extract, namely Scopoletin (I) and quercetin-7-O-α-DL-rhamnoside (Quercetin-7-O). -α-DL-rhamnose, II), Rutin (III) and D-Mannitol (IV). Conclusion: Compounds I-IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
