一天晚上,接到一个电话,是学生小博的奶奶打来的。70多岁的老人啜泣着,一声声“老师帮帮忙”的请求带给我的除了沉重,还有就是责任。说起小博,真是一个让人头疼的“问题”学生。为了让他学习,他父母没少打骂他。在父母的威力下,他多少还学点,可最近两个月他不但完全无心学习,而且在小组合作学习时干扰其他同学。班级一共三个小组,他已经“混过”两个组了,小组成员没人理他,他就自己干坐着。再精彩的课堂,如果有一个学生没有参与,那这个课堂也不是真正的“精彩”。
