目前我公司井下使用采煤机6台,采煤机技改为电牵引后,故障率明显下降,现在采煤机故障主要反映在摇臂无升降(即:电液升降阀故障),其故障占70%,即浪费维修人力,又消耗大量资金,每年外委大修电磁阀就达100万元,维修费用不断加大,还影响正常生产,给安全生产带来不利影响,通过对出现的故障进行分析研究发现,经常出现电磁阀组故障的主要原因是由于工作介质脏,过滤器效果不好以及电磁线圈损坏等因素,针对出现的这些故障现象,经过仔细的研究,对影响采煤机电磁阀组工作的各个部位经行处理改造,以适应井下安全生产的需要。
