报道以家蚕粪叶绿素初提物为原料,经酸、碱降解反应制备叶绿素a稳定降解产物脱镁叶绿酸a(Ⅰ)、紫红素一18(Ⅲ)、二氢卟吩P6-6、γ-二甲酯(Ⅴ)、二氢卟吩e6(Ⅳ)和二氢卟吩e4(Ⅶ)的方法,其中Ⅴ、Ⅶ的UV、IR和1HNMR及FABMS谱数据系首次报道。
It was reported that the initial extract of chlorophyll of silkworm excrement was used as raw material to prepare chlorophyll a stable degradation product pheophorbide a (I), purpurin 18 (III), dihydroporphine P6-6, γ by acid and alkali degradation reactions. The method of dimethyl ester (V), dihydroporphine e6 (IV) and dihydroporphine e4 (VII), wherein UV, IR and 1H NMR and FABMS spectral data of V and VII were reported for the first time.
