当前,国家部署加快现代职业教育体系建设,引领一批普通本科高校转型发展,地方高校要探索符合学校实际的战略发展路径,真正实现内涵发展、跨越发展,以保山学院美术与设计学院为例,介绍专业转型发展中在人才培养模式、校内外实训教学模式与基地建设、师资队伍体系等方面的理论探索和实践创新,为其他地方本科高校转型发展提供借鉴和参考。一、师资队伍建设保山学院美术与设计学院现有教职工34人。其中教授1人,副教授6人,讲师19人,助教9人。
At present, the state plans to speed up the construction of a modern vocational education system and lead the transformation and development of a group of general undergraduate colleges. Local colleges and universities should explore strategic development paths that conform to the actual conditions of the schools and truly achieve the development of connotations and leapfrog development. Taking the Art and Design Institute of Baoshan University as an example, This paper introduces the theoretical exploration and practical innovation in the mode of personnel training, training model inside and outside school, base construction and faculty system in professional transformation and development, which provides references for the transformation and development of undergraduate colleges in other places. First, the construction of teaching staff Baoshan College of Art and Design Institute currently employs 34 people. Including a professor, associate professor 6 people, 19 lecturers, teaching assistant 9 people.
