造血组织超低温保存期限对骨髓造血组织活力的影响在临床上有重要意义。文献中有关长期保存人类骨髓细胞形态和功能特性的资料不多,已报导的研究中,骨髓细胞保存最长者为10年。某些实验结果并不反映干细胞的完善与否,而干细胞在受者造血组织的恢复中起着重要的作用。本文研究用15%甘油冷冻供者(18例)和尸体(10例)骨髓的活力及在液氮中贮存15-16年之久的骨髓活力。作者利用形态学的方法和集落形成的方法研究骨髓粒系和巨噬细胞祖细胞的完整性。形态学研究证明健康供者的骨髓冷冻保存15-16年之后,未受损的骨髓粒细胞平均为70%,而尸体骨髓保存15年之后,形态正常的骨髓粒细胞占60%。用
The effect of cryopreservation of hematopoietic tissue on the activity of hematopoietic tissue in bone marrow is clinically significant. There is not much data in the literature about the long-term preservation of the morphology and function of human bone marrow cells. In the reported studies, the longest bone marrow cells were preserved for 10 years. Some experimental results do not reflect the perfection of stem cells, but stem cells play an important role in the recovery of hematopoietic tissue of recipients. In this paper, we investigated the viability of bone marrow cells frozen in 15% glycerol (18 cases) and corpse (10 cases) and the marrow activity stored in liquid nitrogen for 15-16 years. The authors used morphological and colony-forming methods to study the integrity of myeloid and macrophage progenitor cells in the bone marrow. Morphological studies demonstrated that, after 15-16 years of bone marrow cryopreservation in healthy donors, the average number of intact myeloid granulocytes was 70%, whereas normal bone marrow granulocytes accounted for 60% after 15 years of preservation. use
