德育是中学学校教育中的重要组成部分,德育管理也是学校德育工作中的重要构成。根据对信阳市某所中学的调查研究,发现德育工作中存在着学校对德育管理的重视不够,学校德育管理中者的观念有偏差,德育工作管理的实效性不高等等问题,对此做出学校的教育应重视德育管理与时俱进,建立德育管理新理念,学校德育管理应与外部做好协调,学校德育管理应建立科学化管理制度等对策,望能加强和改进学校德育管理,实施科学而适切的德育管理,提升学校德育管理的效率与水准,为社会主义现代化教育事业服务。
