在微机的应用中,特别是在工业现场的实时控制与检测中,最为严重的一种故障就是由于各种干扰使之脱离原来的运行程序而处于失控状态。当前,在消除微机失控方面所采取的主要措施有“软件陷阱”与双机系统。前者虽然简便,不需任何硬件投资,但它的使用有一定局限性(如单片机中就难于采用),也不能彻底解决问题;后者则耗资大,只适用于极为重要的场合。为了更有效地解决微机的失控问题,我们采用了一种软、硬件相结合的措施,并在实践中取得了较满意的效果。这种方法的基本点,是在用户程序的主程序中,设置一段“本机监视”程序,用以在微机正常工作时产
In microcomputer applications, especially in real-time control and detection of industrial sites, one of the most serious faults is out of control due to various disturbances that cause them to depart from their original operating procedures. At present, the main measures taken to eliminate computer runaway include “software trap” and dual system. Although the former is simple and requires no hardware investment, its use has some limitations (such as difficult to adopt in a singlechip) and can not completely solve the problem. The latter is costly and is only suitable for extremely important occasions. In order to solve the problem of out-of-control of the microcomputer more effectively, we adopt a combination of software and hardware measures, and achieved satisfactory results in practice.
