随着现代技术的发展,远程教育已经逐步进入实践教学中。远程教育是指教师和学生不在同一地点,却能够实现教学授课目的的一种教育方式。远程教育对专业化的师资建设有非常重要的影响,远程教育对教师的素养和专业水平都有极高的要求,远程教育在一定程度上也推动着教师专业水平的发展。本文就从远程教育教师专业发展的方面进行分析研究,希望对中小学师资建设提供可行性建议,推动远程教育教师专业的发展。
With the development of modern technology, distance education has gradually entered the practice teaching. Distance education is a kind of education that teachers and students are not in the same place, but can achieve the purpose of teaching. Distance education has a very important influence on the construction of specialized teachers. Distance education has very high requirements for teachers ’qualifications and professional standards. Distance education also promotes the development of teachers’ professional standards to a certain extent. This paper analyzes the research of distance education teachers ’professional development, hoping to provide feasible suggestions for the construction of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and promote the development of teachers’ professionalism in distance education.
