目的:了解四川省农村孕妇孕前预防出生缺陷的行为现状,为不同地区出生缺陷一级预防行为等级划分提供统计学方法参考。方法:利用四川省出生缺陷项目问卷中的服务对象层数据,描述四川省孕妇的基本情况和出生缺陷一级预防行为现状;利用TOPSIS和RSR法对四川省多个地区的出生缺陷一级预防行为进行综合评价。结果:选取的四川省8个地区的917位农村孕妇,婚检率49.18%,孕检率和叶酸服用率均超过80%。没有婚检的主要原因是认为自己健康,没有孕检的主要原因是意外怀孕,没有合理增补叶酸的主要原因是不知道叶酸好处。将婚检率、孕检率、叶酸服用率、风险预防情况作为评价指标进行综合评价后,射洪、夹江和龙泉在农村地区表现较好。结论:调查中8个地区的婚检率显著高于全省平均水平,但是各个地区的婚检率相差较大,应该加强健康教育,提高孕前优生知识水平,进而改善出生缺陷一级预防的行为。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of pregnant women in Sichuan Province before pregnancy to prevent birth defects, and to provide a statistical reference for the classification of primary prevention of birth defects in different areas. Methods: Based on the data from service level in the questionnaire of birth defects in Sichuan Province, the basic situation of primary pregnant women and the primary prevention of birth defects in Sichuan Province were described. TOPSIS and RSR were used to analyze the primary prevention of birth defects in multiple areas in Sichuan Province. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation. Results: A total of 917 rural pregnant women in 8 districts of Sichuan Province were selected for premarital examination. The rate of premarital examination was 49.18%. The rate of pregnancy tests and the rate of taking folic acid were all over 80%. The main reason for not having a premarital examination is to think that they are healthy. The main reason for not having a pregnancy test is unforeseen pregnancy. The main reason for not having folic acid supplementation reasonably is that they do not know the benefits of folic acid. The rate of premarital examination, pregnancy rate, taking rate of folic acid, risk prevention as a comprehensive evaluation of indicators, Shehong, Jiajiang and Longquan better performance in rural areas. Conclusion: The rate of premarital examination in 8 districts in the survey was significantly higher than the average level of the province, but the rate of premarital examination in each area was quite different. Health education should be strengthened to improve prenatal knowledge of prenatal care so as to improve the primary prevention of birth defects.
