医院档案作为医院医疗、科研、教学、管理活动和成果的重要历史凭证,是医院发展过程中的重要文化财富和文化资源。医院档案也是医院文化建设的第一手资料,医院档案在当前医院文化建设中发挥着重要的作用。因此在当前医疗体制改革的不断深入推进的新形势下,加强医院档案建设,提高档案资源在医院文化建设中的重要作用,这对推进医院文化发展具有非常重要的意义。文中分析了医院档案与医院文化建设的关系,并进一步对档案在促进医院文化建设中的重要功效进行了具体的阐述。
As an important historical voucher of hospital medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and management activities and achievements, hospital archives are important cultural wealth and cultural resources in the process of hospital development. Hospital files are also the first-hand materials for hospital culture construction. Hospital files play an important role in the current hospital culture construction. Therefore, under the new situation of deepening the reform of the current medical system, it is of great significance to strengthen the building of hospital records and improve the archives resources in the hospital culture. The paper analyzes the relationship between hospital archives and hospital culture, and further elaborates on the important function of archives in promoting the hospital culture.
